Trade and Transport
Directly from the Grower to Your Business
Verbeek Tiel combines potato trading with its own transport services. We have been purchasing directly from growers since 1929. We know the soils, the varieties, and the people who cultivate them. This allows us to supply you with the right potato for your specific application: potatoes for Dutch fries for the processing industry, table potatoes for daily cooking, and potatoes for export.
Are you a grower looking to sell your potatoes to us? Stijnis Verbeek is your contact person for purchasing, reachable at +31 (0)653 910 346.
A Reliable Partner Beyond Borders
We supply potatoes to customers abroad, particularly in Germany. We handle the batch, quality control, and transport, so you don’t have to worry about logistics. This ensures our ‘Kartoffeln’ arrive in good condition, even after a longer journey.
Our Fleet of Vehicles Also Works for You
With our own fleet we deliver our potatoes throughout the Netherlands and across the border. We also use the same fleet for transport jobs for other companies. So you can come to us not only for potatoes, but also for transport services.
Bulk transport: for bulk loads we use belt trailers with fall breakers. The low drop height limits damage to the load.
Curtainsider transport: crates and pallets travel on our curtainsider trailers. They are easy to load from the side, so several types of load fit into one trip.
Do you have a transport job? Get in touch and we will look at the options together.
